About Me
I am a certified leadership coach, and leadership development consultant and facilitator with almost 20 years of experience across a variety of industries and companies. I bring a compassionate and straightforward approach to create a safe and trusting space for clients to deepen their awareness and feel challenged to take meaningful action toward stepping into their full selves and potential, and achieving their goals.
I work to empower my clients to lead more consciously and create transformational change in their leadership and life. I work with individuals as well as specialize in group coaching, cultivating space for leaders and senior teams to share experiences and learn from one another through intimate discussion and integration. I also leverage my organizational development and change management experience to help clients navigate transitions and uncertainty with clarity and confidence. And, as co-founder of Her Brilliance, I fuel my passion for coaching women to lead from their unique brilliance so they can amplify their leadership impact and influence.
Coaching builds upon my experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in both the corporate and non-profit sector. Over this time, I served as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, designed and led group coaching experiences, managed and facilitated leadership and team development programs, and led the strategy and execution of organizational communication and change management efforts.
I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Co-Active Training Institute. I also am a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile leadership assessment, and trained in mental fitness through the work of Positive Intelligence. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and through Her Brilliance, participate as a member of the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, and community member of TARRA's women's business network. I have also been a volunteer career coach for The Mom Project, an organization that connects women seeking careers with women-focused companies, and take an active role in my children’s school.
A Midwesterner at heart, I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and now reside in the sunshine of Denver, Colorado. I value authenticity, deep connection, adventure, health, and family, and enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer with my two children.
